Ruoyan Pan is a Ph.D. student with a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering (GPA 91.96/100, Rank 1/32) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (GPA 3.90/4.0) from Zhejiang University. Her research focuses on self-sensing cementitious composites, cement-based piezoresistive sensors, smart concrete structures, and structural health monitoring. She has published as first author in Sensors and Actuators A-Physical and ICES 2024, with additional SCI papers accepted and under review, and holds two invention patents and one software copyright. She is a recipient of the China National Scholarship and multiple Outstanding Student and Graduate honors at both university and provincial levels.

Cable Force Optimization for Irregular Cable-Stayed Bridges
